Are coordination, supervision and execution the same service?
They are distinct responsibilities. The proposal specifies which activities and work packages SAIA will undertake.
Can furniture installation be coordinated with construction?
Yes. Supply, manufacturing through suppliers and installation can be coordinated with site readiness and the agreed project schedule.
What is needed to define the scope?
Project stage, drawings, work packages, participating contractors, target dates and the responsibilities for which support is required.
