Does SAIA work with branded hotels?
SAIA is an IHG approved consultant for Holiday Inn®, Holiday Inn Express®, Garner®, avid™, Atwell Suites™, Staybridge Suites® and Candlewood Suites®. Project responsibilities are agreed separately.
Can furniture procurement be included?
Yes. Procurement, manufacturing through suppliers, supply and installation can be coordinated with the interior design scope.
What information is needed?
Hotel concept, plans, spaces to be designed, brand or operator requirements, furniture references, budget and schedule.
