Does SAIA own the furniture factories?
We manage manufacturing through suppliers and manufacturers in different countries. Selection follows each hotel’s specifications and requirements.
Can procurement include installation?
Yes. Our installation engagements typically also include managing furniture manufacturing. Responsibilities and packages are agreed for each hotel.
What is the difference between FF&E and OS&E?
FF&E covers furniture, fixtures and equipment. OS&E covers operating supplies and equipment, such as tableware, textiles and utensils. Operating supply packages must be expressly defined in the engagement.
What is needed for a proposal?
The hotel programme, spaces and quantities, specifications or design references, target budget, location and planned installation date.
